Get ready to kick off an amazing season! The CYS Youth Sports & Fitness Department invites young athletes to build skills, practice teamwork, and enjoy the game of soccer in a fun, positive, and supportive environment.

Note: Team placement, practice days, and game times are subject to change based on volunteer coach schedules and field availability.

📋 Cost & Registration Process

✅ Requirements & Safety Protocols

To ensure the safety of all participants on the field, the following protocols must be followed:

• Physicals: A current Health Assessment/Sports Physical Statement (HASPS) must be on file before the first practice.

• Forms: A Medical Action Plan (MAP) and EFMP form (DA7725) are required for all registrations, regardless of EFMP status.

• Attire: No jewelry or hair beads are permitted during play. Shorts must have no pockets and must be fingertip-length or longer.

• Eyeglasses: If your child wears glasses, they must be secured with sports goggles or an athletic strap at all times.
