💪 Physical Fitness Centers: 24/7 Orientation Schedule - October 2026

Gain 24-hour access to our state-of-the-art fitness centers! Patrons must complete a mandatory orientation to activate 24/7 access to the Lee Health & Fitness Center, Helemano Military Reservation (HMR), Martinez, and Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) Physical Fitness Centers. Orientations are available for all DOD ID Cardholders, 18 years of age or older.

📋 Orientation Requirements & Guidelines

• A Statement of Understanding will be completed and signed to register for access.

• Soldiers with a rank of E-4 and below will require a Commander's signature.

• All dependents of Active Duty Soldiers will require an AD signature.

Mondays

• HMR PFC: 6:00 p.m.

• Lee HFC: 6:00 p.m.

Tuesdays

• Martinez PFC: 12:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.

• TAMC PFC: 6:00 p.m.

Wednesdays

• HMR PFC: 6:00 p.m.

• Lee HFC: 6:00 p.m.

Thursdays

• Martinez PFC: 12:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.

• TAMC PFC: 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays

• Martinez PFC: 9:30 a.m.

Please note: The schedule is subject to change. No orientations will be held on federal holidays, such as Columbus Day on Monday, October 12.
