📅 Tournament Details & Deadlines

Tournament Dates September 11 - 12, 2026 (Potential overflow games on Sept. 13)
Location Stoneman Softball Complex, Schofield Barracks
Registration Deadline Friday, August 28, 2026 (COB at any Army Hawaii PFC, excluding WAAF)
Roster Deadline Monday, September 7, 2026 by 4:00 PM (1600) - No extensions
Mandatory Coaches Meeting Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM (1400)

 

Note: The mandatory meeting is held at the DFMWR Sports Office: 730 Leilehua Avenue, Bldg. 645, Room 2, Schofield Barracks.

👥 Divisions & Eligibility

All participants must be 18+ and present a valid ID on-site. Players may only play on one team (unless playing in a separate Co-Ed division).

Intramural Division – $250 Entry Fee

  • Who: Active-Duty Personnel, Reservists, and National Guardsmen.

  • Rules: All players must be assigned/attached to the same Unit/Company/Battalion. Rosters must be signed and validated by the Unit Commander.

Open Division – $300 Entry Fee

  • Who: All valid DoD ID Cardholders (Active Duty, Dependents, Retirees, DoD Civilians, and DoD Contractors).

  • "Invite a Friend" Chip Player: Teams are allowed ONE (1) Non-DoD guest player. They must be 18+, sponsored on base by a DoD cardholder, and sign a liability waiver.

🏆 Events, Prizes & Extras

  • Homerun Derby: Saturday, Sept. 12. "Bring What You Can Swing!" $20 per entry (credit card only, signups begin Sept 11). Men’s and Women’s divisions. If a division hits 10+ entries, the winner gets a brand-new softball bat!

  • Prizes: Team Prize Packages for Division Champions, plus MVP and Defensive MVP awards.

  • On-Site Perks: Commemorative shirts/jerseys, food, and drinks will be available for purchase at the fields.
