- $75 an hour before 9:00 a.m. / after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, or if booked any time on SAT/SUN.
- $150 custodial fee will be assessed if patron does not return area clean as indicated below.
- Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Function POC is responsible for setup/breakdown and clean up for function.
- Clean up includes removing trash, wiping down tables, and sweeping area).
- No outside alcohol. (Bar services may be available through DFMWR Catering/604)
- No pets; documented service animals are permitted.
- Individual meals or Potlucks are permitted.
- All catering must go through approved caterers (DFMWR/604 Ale House).

Starting October 1, 2024 Tropics Recreation Center will have new hours of operation:
- Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: Closed
Tropics Recreation Center is a high-energy facility designed to give you a place to relax and have a good time. Enjoy interactive gaming systems, pool and and much more. Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
