Youth Sports: Flag Football & Cheerleading Season

2024 Flag Football & Cheerleading 

Registration Period: Month of June 2024 
Practice begins: 13 August 2024          
Season: 24 August- 5 October 2024 

Eligible: Youth born 2019-2009, no exceptions. Must be 5 years old by start of program to participate. 

Cost: $65 

Requirements: (1) Identification Card | (2) Medical Action Play (MAP) required if there is a health condition | (3) Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) required if there is a health concern | (4) Health Assessment/Sports Physical Statement (HASPS) required for all participants. (5) Must be 5 years old by 13 August to participate  

First Time/Renewal participants must register at CYS Parent Central Services:
