Tabata includes approximately 20 seconds of work at maximum intensity with only the 10 second of rests.  It is split into 4-minute workout sessions, which are repeated eight times. Great for maximizing fat loss, muscle retention, aerobic and anaerobic capacities!

Cost

$4 single ticket entry, $35 10 ticket package or $45 monthly unlimited pass (calendar month).
