🚴 Lee Health & Fitness Center: August 2026 Fitness Class Schedule
Get ready to ride this August at the Lee Health & Fitness Center! We are excited to offer our weekly Spin class with Coach Heidi. All classes are open to DOD ID Cardholders. Don't forget, Unit PT fitness classes are also available by appointment from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
The Lee Health & Fitness Center is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
