Push yourself to the limits to bench press your max weight and lift half of your body weight as many reps as you can in 1 -minute! Medals will be awarded to top male and female competitors. Open to all DoD ID Cardholders 18 years & older.

Open to All Authorized Users. All DoD ID cardholders 18 years of age and older are allowed to have access to the Fort Shafter & Martinez PFC 24/7. A mandatory orientation is required before access is authorized. Orientations are available at Fort Shafter PFC and Martinez PFC.
