Registration Period:

Month of April 2024

Practice begins: 11 June 2024            Season: 22 June – 3 August 2024

Eligible: Youth born 2019-2009, no exceptions. Must be 5 year old by start of program to participate

Cost: $65

Requirements: (1) Identification Card | (2) Medical Action Play (MAP) required if there is a health condition | (3) Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) required if there is a health concern | (4) Health Assessment/Sports Physical Statement (HASPS) required for all participants.

CYS and Safety Protocols: **SUBJECT TO CHANGE**
-Must be CYS Registered
-Must be 5 years old by 11 June to participate
-Age 5 years old to 15 years old
-No Jewelry, Short with no pockets, beads in hairs
-Due to volunteer coach’s schedules, field availability and our Youth Sports & Fitness Programs standard operating procedures (SOPs), we may not accommodate your time and day preferences for practices and games.

Youth born in 2009-2019 who meet the requirements of AR 215-1, Chapter 6, and paragraph 6-1 are eligible to participate.

AGE DIVISIONS:

(1)   Little League Division

Any child born in 2019 to 2018 is eligible to participate in this division.

(2)  Minor League Division

Any child born in 2017 or 2016 is eligible to participate in this division.

(3)  Junior League Division

Any child born in 2015 or 2014 is eligible to participate in this division.

(4)  Major League Division

Any child born in 2013 or 2012 is eligible to participate in this division.

(5)  Senior Division

Any child born in 2011-2009 is eligible to participate in this division.
