• No oversized bags, briefcases, luggage or duffel bags (coolers are permitted) No skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, scooters or bicycles
• No noise making devices
• No illegal substances
• No laser pointers
• No drones
• No offensive or profane messages or images on signs and clothing
• No personal fireworks

Non Department of Defense ID card holders with proper identification should enter Schofield Barracks through Foote Gate on Kunia Road, where they will be directed to parking and shuttled to the event.
