| Locations | Stoneman Softball Complex, Schofield Barracks and/or Takata Field, Fort Shafter |
| Eligibility | Open to Army Active Duty, Army Reservists, and Army National Guardsmen in Hawaii. Teams must be formed at the company level. For exceptions, please contact the USAG Hawaii Sports Office. |
| Awards | Team awards will be presented to the Champions and Runners-up. |
