🎁 USAG Hawaii Holiday Gift Wrapping Fundraising Program for SFRGs & Units

The annual Holiday Gift Wrapping Fundraising Program at Schofield Barracks is a fantastic opportunity for Soldier and Family Readiness Groups (SFRGs) and eligible military units on USAG Hawaii to raise funds during the busy holiday season. This program allows authorized groups to collect donations for gift wrapping services provided to shoppers at the Main Exchange Mall.

Program Overview & Location

This popular fundraising opportunity gives your organization high visibility at a central location during the peak shopping season.

• Who Can Participate: Soldier and Family Readiness Groups (SFRGs) and other eligible Units that are authorized to operate on USAG Hawaii Installations.

• Location: Schofield Barracks Main Exchange Mall

• What's Provided: AAFES will supply the initial wrapping paper for all participating groups.

• What You Provide: Participating SFRGs/Units must bring their own tables, chairs, and any signage for their station.

📅 Important Dates and Deadlines

• Registration Deadline: Friday, October 30 at 4:00 p.m.

• Drawing for Time Slots: Friday, November 6, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. (via MS Teams).

• Fundraising Period: Friday, November 27 – Thursday, December 24, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.

✍️ How to Register Your SFRG or Unit

Registration is a two-step process. Please follow the instructions below to apply.

1. Submit Request Form: Interested SFRGs and Units must download the request form (by scanning the QR code on the event flyer) and submit it via email to usarmy.wheeler.id-pacific.mbx.fundraising@army.mil.

2. Attend Drawing: The registered Point of Contact (POC) for your unit must have a Microsoft (MS) Teams account to participate in the mandatory drawing for time slots.
