Fri, Jun 12 Pau Hana Series: Haleiwa Sunset Paddle A paddleboarding excursion up Haleiwa’s Anahulu stream, just before sunset. $20 per person Minimum age 10, must be able to swim 300 meters and tread water for 1 minute Haleiwa (meet on site) 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sat, Jun 13 Byodo-In Temple and Pu’u Ma’eli’eli Hike Visit the beautiful Byodo-In temple in Kaneohe, followed by an intermediate pillbox ridge hike that can be slick and muddy. Please wear appropriate shoes. $30 per person (includes temple entry) Minimum age 10 Outdoor Recreation to Byodo-In & Pu’u Ma’eli’eli Trailhead (transportation provided from ODR) 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
