BOSS Flea Market

Saturday February 7, 2026  

10 a.m. - 3 p.m. 

Game day fever. Wear your favorite team jersey. Encouraging vendors to decorate/dress up. Come check out our fun game corner after shopping, Cornhole, giant connect 4 and more! 

Location: ACS Parking Lot 

Food & beverages available for purchase at the BOSS concession stand. 

Register early to save your spot!  

Flat fee registration $20 for requested placements (corners +$10 or middle +$5).

Set up 

1. Arrive at 8:30 a.m. to enter the parking lot.   

2. Use the Glennan Street entrance (refer to the attached map for details).   

3. You will have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle to your designated space.   

4. After 15 minutes, please move your vehicle to allow others to unload.   

5. A maximum of 5–10 vehicles will be allowed into the unloading area at one time.   

6. Pick up your table and chairs at the designated location (refer to the map for details).   

7. All vendors must be fully set up by 9:45 a.m., as the market begins promptly thereafter. 

8. After unloading your items, park your vehicle in any available space in the Exchange parking lot.      

Your space 

1.Dimensions: 8.5 ft x 18.5 ft this will include 6ft. courtesy table and two chairs.  

2.Additional tables and chairs are available for $5.00 per item needed.  

3.Canopies must not exceed 8ft x 8ft. Unless you have purchased two adjacent spaces. 

4.Larger canopies are permitted only if two or more adjacent spaces are reserved.  

5. For requested placements (Corners +$10 middle +$5) 

Market Layout:   

1. Upon arrival, your assigned space will be provided to you, unless a specific area is arranged through Leisure and Travel Services.   

2. There is no need to arrive early to secure a spot, as all spaces are pre-assigned.   

3. If you purchase multiple spaces, they will be assigned side by side, unless a request to separate the booths is arranged through Leisure and Travel Services.   

Take Down 

1. Vehicles will be allowed back into the flea market area starting at 3:10 p.m.  Early re-entry with vehicles is not permitted 

2. Return all tables and chairs to their original pickup location.  

3. Ensure your space is clean by removing all boxes, trash, and food.
