April 20-21, 2024

  • Tournament Information and Instructions:   This is a 2-day tournament. Games will take place on April 20 and 21.  Actual game times and schedule will be released the week of April 15.      
  •  Instruction on Divisions (Intramural Division, Open Division, or Co-Ed Division): The Intramural Division is for all military branches, active-duty soldiers (including reservists and guardsmen). This is a recreational division for novice players. Rosters for this division must have all players ranks and companies listed. The Open Division is for all eligible and valid DoD cardholders. This is a competitive division for more experienced players. The Co-Ed division must always have a minimum of 4 females on the field.
  • Division selection cannot be changed after the pretournament organization meeting. To conduct these separate divisions, each must have a minimum of 4 teams.  However, if we are unable to meet the minimum requirement, the divisions will combine.  (No exceptions)  
  • Limited to only 8 teams in each division (first-come, first-served).
  • Format and Rules:  All divisions will follow modified USA/ASA Rules.    
  • Mandatory Pretournament Organization Meeting: Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 2 p.m.  Meeting will take place at the SGT Yano Library, Bldg. 560 on Schofield Barracks.

Homerun Derby:
Saturday, April 20. $20 per participant. Must pay in cash with exact change on site. Limited spots available.

Registration Information

Open to: ALL Military Branches (including Reservists and National Guardsmen), Military Dependents, Military Retirees, DoD employees and all eligible DoD ID Card Holders (must have DoD number assigned on CAC or ID Card) 18 years of age and older.  All participants are required to present a valid ID that verifies eligibility status on site.  All players are only allowed to play on one team and may not play for multiple teams or multiple divisions, except for Co-Ed. (WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED). 

Invite a friend:  One (1) Non-DoD player, “Chip Player,” will be allowed on each team, including the intramural division.  Must be 18 years and older with valid ID.  Need to be able to gain access on base or sponsored on by a DoD card holder.  All “Chip Players” must sign a waiver/hold harmless agreement to participate in this event.   

All completed applications and payment must be received by the Martinez Physical Fitness Center or Health and Fitness Center (Schofield Barracks) or the Fort Shafter Physical Fitness Center (Fort Shafter).

For additional payment and tournament information, please contact the Sports Office on Schofield Barracks, 730 Leilehua Avenue, Bldg. 645, Room 2. All payments and completed applications must be submitted by the facility's close of business on Friday, March 29. No exceptions.  Roster deadline is Monday, April 15 by 4 p.m.  No exceptions, no additions after deadline!
