Arts & Crafts Center: Saturday Art Workshops 2026

Schofield Barracks Arts & Crafts Center is offering Saturday Art Workshops each month.

First 4 Saturdays of each Month
9:30-11a.m.
Cost: $80 includes all 4 sessions

We will explore various art mediums from acrylics and hand-building clay to beading and fiber arts.  Come and join our artistic adventure!

Dates: (*Classes are subject to change with notification)

Each Country will have two 2-week projects and will include a lesson on the place and the artistic inspiration for the projects.

• First 4 Fridays of the month.
• Workshop Hours: 9:30-11 a.m.

All 4 classes for $80 per child.

First 2 classes or last 2 classes for $45 per child.

Ages 4 to 13: Ages 4 to 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

ART STYLES AND TECHNIQUES:

- Drawing: Learning art fundamentals through basic exercises designed to explore line, shape, value, proportion, form, and space.

- Painting: Experience a myriad of painting techniques, including the basic of color mixing, paint application and tool selection. Painting media includes acrylic and watercolors.

- Crafting: Learn how to make decorative articles by hand using your imagination and creativity.

- Mixed Media: Use one or more medium/materials to9 combine on a project.

Open to ages 4 to 13. (Ages: 4-7 Must be accompanied by an adult.)
