All units, staff offices, agencies and organizations are invited to participate in a Holiday Card Lane display.
Each display will consist of at least one and not more than two 4' X 8' sheets of plywood prepared in such a manner that they open like a Holiday card. Boards used for the Holiday Card will be painted on both sides.

Winners will be announce at the Tree Lighting Ceremonies.
